Estate planning involves how to secure your financial and non-financial assets when you are alive & even when you are no longer alive. Estate Planning Life Assurance is specifically designed for Estate Planning purposes. As a Term Assurance type, it effectively serves as collateral security for your personal loans, business loans as an entrepreneur and mortgage loans. More importantly, it provides cash to pay probate legal fees and other expenses, estate taxes and seed fund for the prosperity of loved ones and those you cared about.
 
EPL Assurance is a must for every person of value. Improper Estate planning or lack of it is largely the reason dormant bank accounts, unclaimed bank balances and assets in other financial institutions and unclaimed dividend figure in Nigeria by 2023 is in the region of=N=1Trillion. EPL Assurance provides the cash needed to resolve probate, estate tax, creditors and other expenses when an insured is no longer alive so that Estate issues can be resolved to pave way for the beneficiaries to access the Estate benefits.
 
To apply for EPL, age, health status and occupational hazards are the usual eligibility factors to consider. To ensure that most applicants under 70 years are admitted, we are building a group scheme of 50,000 members in order to drop the average age and cost. It will be advantageous for applicants above 50 years in age to join this scheme under our management for the eligibility reasons mentioned. Nevertheless, every applicant shall be issued own certificate to underscore the privacy and confidentiality accorded each individual member. The provisional premium rate is 1% for standard life.
 
Premium is in multiples of N10,000 representing N1m sum assured per annum as shown below:
