We are pleased to introduce our company to your organization for insurance broking business relationship. 
Bab Soul Insurance Brokers Ltd is a brand-new insurance broking firm licensed in 2024 by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) but has behind it competent and experienced management and board with an average of 20 years experience in life and general insurance classes of business. 

The promoter, Mr. Alfred Daudu, was the pioneer MD/CEO at FSL Insurance Brokers Ltd - a member of the Fidelity Bank Plc Group where he served for 20 years catering for the insurance broking needs of various customers in different lines of business ranging from the Bank itself, borrowing customers, contractors, government and private businesses.

FSL Insurance Brokers Ltd grew to become one of the top ten insurance brokers in Nigeria at the time of his exit in January 2024.

Alfred Taiye Daudu

Promoter

BT, MBA, ACII, FCIB
Alfred T. Daudu holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree from the Lagos State University of Technology, Masters in Business Administration from Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute & Fellow Chartered Insurance Brokers. Alfred worked in many insurance institutions including National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria as a youth corper, Baico Insurance Plc and Standard Alliance Insurance plc before joining Fidelity Bank Plc in 2001. He was mandated by the bank to set up an insurance broking outfit in 2002 and the Licence for FSL Insurance Brokers Limited was secured in March 2003. He retired from FSL Insurance Brokers Ltd in January 2024 to found Babsoul Insurance Brokers Ltd.

Bolarinwa Joel

Managing Director/CEO

Bolarinwa Joel TOPE holds a BA degree in History from the University of Ilorin. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (AIIN). Prior to his appointment as MD/CEO, he worked as a civil servant handling insurance duties.

Iseoluwa Ishola

Director

Iseoluwa is an alumni of the Lagos State University. He is a clergy and a successful business man. He lives in Lagos. He is a founding Director of the company.

Miracle C. Anozie

Company Secretary/Admin/HR

Miracle holds a Law degree from the University of Jos, Plateau State. She attended the Nigerian Law School (Lagos Campus) and obtained her BL. She obtained the Dispute Resolution Certificate from the Settlement House, Dispute Resolution Specialists, and is currently a student member of Nigeria's Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). She has worked briefly with Standard Alliance Insurance Plc and Pinnacle Insurance Brokers Ltd where she handled Legal/HR Duties.She handles Legal/HR duties at Bab Soul Insurance Brokers Ltd.

Bamidele Francis

Head, Operations

Francis holds a bachelor of science degree in pure and applied physics from the university of port harcourt. He is a certified IBM project manager and has work in university of port harcourt works and services department were he did is internship, and Brickbox Nig Ltd as operations manager. He handles Operations/IT.

Momoh Joseph

Head, Accounts

Joseph Momoh is an alumni of the Ondo State polytechnic. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA). He handles the Accounts & Reconciliation Duties.
